Wow, two posts in a day!
Evolution Nightclub. Tonight. Fineas Gage opens for us around 10pm. We’re on at 11pm. Hardly Soft closes for us around midnight. Be there! No excuses!
Need incentive? We will be debuting several songs from our new album (available in the Fall) at tonight’s gig for the very first time! Need further incentive? We just received our new shipment of Rabbit T-shirts today and they, along with our first album, List of Secrets, will be available at the merchandise table.
With live music from three awesome bands, free pizza and Rabbit merchandise, how else can you go wrong?

Just got back from a live, on-air interview at The Zone radio station who is sponsoring the Band of the Month gig at Evolution Nightclub tonight!
Kris and Chris played acoustically, live on-air one of our new songs, “Something Out Of Nothing”, due out this Fall.
Thanks to Dave Sawchuck, Jeremy Baker, Russ (the technician) and the Zone for promoting us as May’s Band of the Month! The Zone Rocks!

After a small delay, we finally have those contracts in hand… But just as quick, they were signed and sent back. Now we wait.
And just to clarify, the contracts are for the option to use our songs on their shows. It’s not a guarantee they’ll use them.
Even still, what a great opportunity!
Cross your fingers and wish us luck. Hopefully you will hear List of Secrets, Sara, Waiting for the War or Admit It on your favourite reality television series!

It’s just a change to the background image but please tell us what you think?
Why a tree? Well, it’s not that there’s any special significance to this photo but more that it is a really nice photo taken by our very own Chris Campbell! For more, check out Chris’ Best 40 photostream. Enjoy!

Remember two weeks ago we alluded to “contracts being sent and interviews being set up”? Well, the interviews referred to us heading down to the Zone studios and recording a few sound bytes to accompany the promotion of our Band Of The Month gig at Evolution Nightclub on May 27th.
But what about those “contracts”? Well, our friends at Tinderbox Music have told us they’ve sent some contracts our way as several Music TeleVision shows have optioned the music from our most recent EP, List of Secrets, for their shows. Not sure which shows at this point but things are happening and we just couldn’t contain our excitement!

Wow! When it rains, it pours and it’s no coincidence that it’s raining tonight.
We can’t say too much at this time but today marks the day where contracts are being sent and interviews are being set up.
Stay tuned Rabbit fans… things are a foot.

Hi Rabbit Fans! We were informed today that the second night of the Congregation of Rock Festival has been canceled due to low ticket sales. We’re just as disappointed as you are. No blame, it’s just the reality of the economy and we understand. We’ll just have to catch up on another night. Till then…
